Product Introduction
The high-speed vacuum disperser is a functional product developed based on the standard hydraulic lifting high-speed disperser. The equipment is equipped with a sealed vacuum cover that matches the pull cylinder, with a milled groove inside the vacuum cover flange and a corrosion-resistant elastic sealing ring, ensuring no leakage under sealed vacuum conditions. It can be paired with a vacuum pump or pump set, achieving an ultimate vacuum level of -0.0998 MPa (20 mbar). It is suitable for dispersion and mixing under special working conditions such as "vacuum degassing," "vacuum feeding," and "inert gas protection."
Product Features
High dispersion efficiency and excellent product quality.
The equipment's **rotational speed can reach 2930 rpm (high power: 1450 rpm)**, with a linear velocity of over 20 m/s, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder into liquid materials. Due to the extremely high shear forces, the materials are evenly dispersed, resulting in excellent suspension effects.
Excellent environmental performance and safety.
The equipment is equipped with a randomly lifting and lowering sealed bucket cover, which can achieve **closure** with the material bucket, enabling extremely high vacuum levels and effectively preventing solvent evaporation. The bucket cover features a sight glass and a searchlight for real-time observation of the mixing status. It also includes a sanitary manhole for equipment cleaning and material addition.
Diverse methods
The equipment has a compact structure and can be designed as either floor-standing or platform-mounted, with the cylinder body configurable as either movable or fixed.
The non-standard nature is strong.
Customizable for various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof, coaxial/dual-axis composite, multi-cylinder single-drive, etc. Materials can be customized as SS304/SS321/SS316 according to requirements.
The high-speed vacuum disperser operates with a rapidly rotating dispersion disc, causing the material to form a circular flow and generate a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, thereby moving the entire transmission mechanism, working group, and sealing cover. During operation, the bucket cover and the pull cylinder achieve **sealing**, and when paired with a vacuum system, it enables vacuum dispersion effects.
