Product Introduction
The Libangbao Series Basket Sand Mill is designed by R&D personnel based on fluid mechanics and mechanical shear chemical verification. The drive part adopts a hollow shaft drive structure, making the design simple and easy to operate. During the grinding process, the grinding basket is filled with zirconia beads, and the rotation of the basket drives the grinding media to collide with each other, generating high shear and impact forces. The material is drawn from the top and bottom into the basket containing the grinding media. After grinding, the material is expelled from the surrounding gaps under centrifugal force, ensuring no dead ends in the circulation. The grinding and dispersion process is easy to control, requiring no pumps or pipelines. When changing products, it is easy to clean, with minimal product loss. It is equipped with a jacketed and coolable grinding cylinder. Suitable for small-batch, multi-variety product production.
The main component, the grinding basket, is made of imported composite wear-resistant stainless steel and is designed and processed in strict accordance with German DIN standards.

(10) The main grinding components are made of imported composite metal wear-resistant stainless steel;

(12) Good grinding fineness, narrow particle size distribution, minimum grinding fineness of 5μm;
(13) The effective deceleration of the grinding media by the stator inside the basket generates the **necessary variation in grinding speed**.
