The equipment's **rotation speed can reach 3000 rpm**, driven by the powerful kinetic energy of the curved impeller. The zirconia agitator causes irregular movement of the grinding media within the chamber, resulting in high-speed collisions and friction between them, rapidly reducing the particle size of the powder. The grinding fineness can generally reach below 10 μm, and liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can achieve submicron or even nanometer levels. The separation plate is machined from a single piece of material using CNC technology, ensuring no clogging, long service life, and reduced maintenance costs.

Easy to operate and convenient to clean.

The equipment comes with a high-efficiency energy-saving frequency converter, allowing direct control of startup and speed adjustment. It is equipped with either a manual or electric lifting device—the manual option is economical and energy-efficient, while the electric option is upscale, elegant, and labor-saving. It enables relative sealing between the tank body and the lid, minimizing solvent evaporation during the grinding process. The grinding chamber features a unique design that allows direct solvent circulation cleaning. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, offering an attractive appearance and easy cleaning. The grinding time can be set according to the process requirements, with timed shutdown for added convenience.

The ingredient barrel is equipped with a double-layer cooling jacket, and the barrel is mirror-polished for an elegant appearance and easy cleaning. During operation, water cooling is applied, achieving excellent cooling effects with a conventional temperature rise of less than 10°. Multiple matching barrels of the same model can be customized to facilitate color difference management and usage.

The non-standard nature is strong.

The lifting method of the equipment can be customized as either manual or electric lifting; explosion-proof models can be customized as non-standard; parts in contact with materials can be made of SS304 or SS316L materials; if there are working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosiveness, or corrosiveness, detailed data must be provided for a tailored solution.

When the motor of the laboratory basket mill operates, it drives the stirring rod and dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, creating negative pressure inside the grinding chamber. This forces the material to be drawn into the grinding cavity, where it continuously collides and rubs against the high-density zirconia beads inside. As a result, the particle size of the material decreases, and the fineness is reduced, achieving a rapid, uniform, and refined circulation process, ultimately producing a high-quality product.
