GTCK Magnetic Ore Iron Removal System

Suitable for removing iron from conveyor belts carrying magnetic ores such as raw ore, sintered ore, pellets, and lump ore. The HTK magnetic ore iron removal system relies on its unique magnetic circuit design to perform multiple separations of the selected materials, thereby removing ferromagnetic impurities from the magnetic ore material with minimal ore carryover, achieving the goal of protecting subsequent crushing equipment.

The magnetic circuit is designed using computer simulation, featuring a unique magnetic field design with large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic field intensity.

Working in conjunction with a metal detector, it forms an automatic detection and iron removal system with no iron leakage.
