This product is widely applicable to industries such as cement, mineral processing, electronics, chemical engineering, food processing, metallurgy, casting, carbon materials, mechanical processing, and wood building materials.
【Product Model】: MDC
【Application Fields】:The product is widely used in building profiles, chemistry, metallurgy, non-metallic mining, pharmaceuticals, food, abrasive materials, plastics, and some new materials. It is an ideal dust collection device for industrial and environmental protection applications.
1The airflow combination is reasonable, utilizing forward airflow and forward-flow filtration, so that dust, while in the filtration state, also undergoes agglomeration and sedimentation, thereby reducing the load on filter bags and the pulse frequency.
2The filter bag opening is sealed with an elastic expansion ring, ensuring excellent sealing performance and easy installation and removal. The frame is made using resistance welding, with a smooth outer surface free of weld marks, which resolves the issue of wear between the filter bag and the frame, resulting in a longer service life for the filter bag.
3Select filter media with different performance and specifications based on the working conditions. The operating resistance is stable, energy consumption is low, and the dust removal efficiency exceeds 99.9%.
Dust-laden gas enters the middle and lower chambers of the dust collector through the air inlet, where dust and gas are separated via filtration through filter bags. Dust is adsorbed onto the surface of the filter bags, while clean air passes through the bags and is discharged through the air outlet. Over time, the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bags increases. According to the program set by the pulse injection controller, the pulse injection valves are triggered and opened in sequence. Compressed air from the air reservoir is instantly ejected through the holes of the injection pipes, spraying into the corresponding filter bags via Venturi tubes. The dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bags is then dislodged, falling into the ash hopper, and is discharged through the ash discharge valve or directly into the storage bin.
