Product Introduction:
The GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a new type of feeding equipment widely used in industries such as cement, mining, metallurgy, coal, chemicals, ceramics, grain, and electric power. It is suitable for continuously, uniformly, or quantitatively feeding blocky and powdery materials from storage bins or hoppers into receiving devices. When paired with equipment such as electronic scales or computer-controlled batching systems, it serves as an ideal device for achieving production automation. It can also operate independently for stable material feeding without requiring dedicated supervision and is an ideal device for use as a vibration source in conjunction with various vibrating screens.

Main Features:

4. Since the material in the feeding trough is continuously thrown up during the feeding process and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory through jumping motion, the wear on the feeding trough is relatively minimal.
5. The control equipment of this series of electromagnetic vibrators adopts a silicon-controlled half-wave rectification circuit. Therefore, during operation, the feeding amount can be conveniently and steplessly adjusted by regulating the conduction angle of the silicon-controlled rectifier, enabling centralized control and automatic control of the production process.

Working Principle:
The current in the electromagnetic coil of the exciter of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is rectified by single-phase half-wave rectification. When the coil is energized, current flows through it during the positive half-cycle, generating a pulsed electromagnetic force between the armature and the iron core, causing mutual attraction. At this point, the trough moves backward, and the main spring of the exciter deforms, storing a certain amount of potential energy. During the negative half-cycle, no current flows through the coil, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the main spring releases energy, causing the armature and iron core to move in the opposite direction, away from the trough and forward. Thus, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder vibrates at a frequency of 3000 times per minute, corresponding to the AC power frequency. Due to a certain angle between the bottom plane of the trough and the line of action of the excitation force, the material in the trough moves continuously forward along a parabolic trajectory. By adjusting the rectified voltage level, the feeding amount of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be controlled. The feeder is powered by silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) power supply. By changing the conduction angle of the SCR, the output voltage level can be controlled. Depending on the operating conditions, different signals can be used to control the conduction angle of the SCR, achieving automatic quantitative feeding.
